My Review:

First of all I am not sure how I ended up with this book !!!! as I donot review or read self – help books…but once I got the book, I was really curious, I mean what women donot worry about looks or doesn’t have body issues !!!  I was delighted to read her fantastic, fresh and innovative tips and ideas. There is nothing this book doesn’t cover, with great fun tips. It is so easy to read, like a magazine. You get your money’s worth, because it’s a thick, heavy, colorful book with great pictures.

The book is balanced by different sections within each chapter. For example: High-Fat vs. No-Fat, Swap-Outs, 10 things that will make you look fat, Brilliant Buys, Vows, etc. Each section helps to pinpoint your exact problem and provides solutions, tips and tricks to alleviate the situation.

If you are interested in looking the best you can, this book is a good purchase.
